Thanks for your interest in learning more about FireStationManager.com. We were created by a Maryland and Montgomery County Firefighter Paramedic and wife team, Alexander and Jordan Keely, to help volunteer fire stations manage their station operations in more effective ways so they can better serve their communities.
We realized that many volunteer fire stations deal with the same issues. We wanted to come up with a way to help members find the coverage they needed without having to spend a lot of time outside of their normally busy schedules to figure everything out. Whether it was long station meetings, the inability to track who is showing up for events, making voting simpler, or just ensuring that we can provide a way for all members to see who's volunteering live at the station (both administratively and on units).
We hope you enjoy our website. We're trying to keep most of the features free for all volunteer fire stations to use. We do have ads on some pages to help generate revenue for the website so that we can increase the features that we can provide every station.
